platform and subscribing to our recorded courses, you acknowledge and agree to
the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature
of Service and Subscription Validity

Recorded Content: Courses
consist of pre-recorded videos available for repeated viewing throughout the
subscription period.
·
Access Validity: Right of
access to recorded course content expires at the end of the subscribed academic
semester (or academic year). Students are not entitled to claim access after
this period without a new subscription.
2. Content
Protection and Intellectual Property
·
Copyright: All videos,
explanations, and study notes are the exclusive intellectual property of "Alawa2l"
platform.
·
Digital Watermarking: The
platform is equipped with digital watermarking technology. In the event of any
content leakage or screen recording, the source account will be identified
immediately.
·
Ban and Legal Action: Any
attempt to record content, capture screens, or redistribute materials by any
means will result in a permanent account ban. The platform reserves all rights
to pursue legal and judicial action in accordance with the Intellectual
Property laws of the State of Kuwait.
3. Account
Usage Policy
·
Individual Use: Each
account is licensed for a single student only. Accessing the account from more
than two devices (e.g., a phone and a tablet) is strictly prohibited. Detection
of account access from multiple or geographically distant devices will lead to
automatic account suspension for suspected data sharing.
·
Data Confidentiality:
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their
passwords. Any activity conducted through the account is the sole
responsibility of the student and their legal guardian.
4. Refund
Policy (Digital Content)
·
General Rule: Given that
recorded digital content is available for immediate consumption upon
subscription, all paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
·
Trial Period: The platform
provides free demo videos for every course. Therefore, a student's subscription
constitutes an acknowledgment that they have reviewed and accepted the quality
of the explanations and content. No refund claims based on content
unsuitability will be entertained thereafter.
5.
Technical Support and Updates
·
Continuity: The platform
commits to providing high-quality recorded content throughout the subscription
period, including necessary updates should parts of the curriculum be changed
by the Ministry of Education.
·
Technical Issues: The platform
is not responsible for poor streaming quality resulting from the student's
internet connection speed or incompatibility of the used device with modern
operating standards.
